Business & Commercial Plumbing Specialists
It’s unfortunate, but some drains simply cannot be cleared, be it a sewer or storm water drain or even a simple waste pipe. Sometimes the tree roots just completely takeover a drain or it becomes damaged, cracked or collapsed for many reasons including movement of soil or vehicular damage. Drains can also be damaged accidentally. Whatever the reason, Pipe Safe Plumbing have the skill and experience to repair your drain with the minimum of fuss and disturbance.
All Pipe Safe Plumbing plumbers are equipped with electric drain clearing equipment for fast reliable drain clearing. For specialized circumstances we have the availability of high pressure water jets and drain cameras.
Drain Camera Inspections
Drain cameras are great things, they can show us what is causing a problem in a drain and also where the problem is.
They don’t unfortunately unblock drains, we do.
At Pipe Safe Plumbing our superior knowledge and experience will generally locate, clear or repair any drain problem and we have the availability of a drain camera if required.
Clearing Tree Roots
Tree roots love to invade drains, either sewer or stormwater and often continue to cause drainage problems even if the offending tree is removed. Tree roots usually attack the older style ‘earthernware’ or ‘terra cotta’ drains through the joins or cracks in the pipe looking for moisture but will also invade a PVC drain.
Our electric drain clearing equipment will clear most tree roots successfully and also give us a good indication as to the condition of the drain.
Septic Systems
Many parts of Melbourne don’t have a normal sewer connection and still rely on the old fashioned septic system.
There are many different types of septic systems with no 2 installations the same.
At Pipe Safe Plumbing we have the experience and know how to diagnose and repair septic problems quickly and efficiently keeping in mind the environmental concerns.
Most septic areas of Melbourne are soon to be serviced by mains sewer so maintaining your existing septic system in good order should be a priority.
